About Montrose

Over 30 years of experience 12 years of that I worked for Orlando Health. I have fueled my passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My previous roles have been incredibly positive, inspiring me to continue making a difference in people's lives. I am a Registered Medical Assistant, Clinical Coordinator and Certified Home Health Aid. I am also trained in CPR, Medication Management and First Aid. I provide transportation, run errands, handle light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I am patient, calm, friendly, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I communicate with families through verbal updates and follow their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I look forward to bringing my skills and compassionate approach to your family.
