Hi! I'm a credentialed educator with a masters degree in education who specializes in small-group and one-on-one sessions that blend academic support with social and emotional learning. My passion lies in creating an environment where learners feel confident, capable, and supported Targeted Instruction. When a student gets stuck, I acknowledge their frustration with them. Then provide next step options such as breaking it down into achievable steps, a body scan and grounding technique or checking to see if we have other resources in our binder to support us. My goal is to fill their tool box and nurture their confidence. • Executive Functioning. Strong executive functioning habits reduce learning stress and are not one size fits all. I work to co-develop an executive functioning routine with learners that fit the reality of their day-to-day lives. If a routine doesn't work the first time we reflect on the root cause and iterate from there till we get a just right fit.
