I started babysitting about 20 years ago and now have two kids of my own, ages 2 and 4. I have experience with kids of all ages and can comfortably supervise 5-6 kids at a time. I am *not* a "fed and clean is good enough" sort of caregiver. I'm currently training to be a therapist and plan to work with parents, so I am well-versed in typical amd atypical development, milestones, special needs, gentle parenting, emotional regulation and more.
