About Mya

Hi! My name is Mya and I just finished my sophomore year of college. I am studying biology, and hope to get a career in public health research. I've been babysitting since I was 13 years old, and being home for the summer I would love to help out with either nannying or babysitting! I have experience with kids as young as 4 months (including special needs), and find spending time with kids to be both fun and rewarding. I'm also an animal lover so I'm totally fine with pets! I would be happy to meet you and your family before sitting for the first time, and can also provide references if you'd like. I'd describe my personality as kind, patient and determined I started working with kids when I was 13 years old (I'm currently 20) In my spare time, I like to hike, read and play the piano
