About Myriam

This past school year I had the honor of homeschooling a brilliant 6th grader full time in all core subjects, including Basic French and Finance. I am passionate about working with the youth to aid them in their academic goals, and I am confident in my dedication to helping them achieve said goals. I'd describe my personality as youthful, innovative, and caring. I like tutoring because I am a detail oriented person. Tutoring allows me the opportunity to extend this vision onto the youth so that they may learn and grow past their comfort zone. I'm looking for a job that celebrates diversity and welcomes innovation! I started tutoring in undergrad, beginning with first grade and working my way up to high school over time. In my spare time, I like to read sci-fi books! My skills include mathematics, reading and language, and social studies. I also work with children on organizational skills and find innovative ways to impose responsibility onto their learning and workspace.
