About Nadia

As a mother and experienced caregiver, I bring a nurturing, creative, and grounded presence to the families I work with. I've spent the past year caring for a 1-year-old and 3-year-old, and I have a 9-month-old son who would join me on the job. I teach kids yoga and dance, encouraging movement, mindfulness, and play. I also have herbalism training and a strong foundation in holistic, intuitive care. I am CPR certified in adult and infant care. Though not professionally certified, I've supported several friends as a birth and postpartum doula, and I'm deeply aligned with the spirit of that work. I believe in meeting children with patience, curiosity, and consistency, and I prioritize clear, compassionate communication with parents.
