About Naimah

Hi there! I'm Naimah; I've been caring for children of all ages for over 10 years - from newborns to preteens. My journey began in my church community, where I helped teach, led youth activities, & became known as "the mom of the group." I've provided long-term nanny care for several families, caring for infants, toddlers, & school-aged children. My duties have included school drop-offs, homework help, meal prep, laundry, & keeping the home organized and running smoothly. I also worked at Eugenio Maria DeHostos Charter School as an aftercare & extended learning teacher (K-8) and tutored children independently. Now I'm the CEO of Planting Jewels: The Wellness Garden, a holistic wellness brand that helps families live healthier, more intentional lives. I hold degrees in Criminal Justice and Psychology, plus certifications as a Life Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, & Herbalist. I bring patience & intention to every child I care for - creating a safe space to grow & thrive.
