About Nai

Hi! I'm Nai, like Bill Nye the Science Guy :) I have been a DSP for 10+ years and have worked with folks with various disabilities and support needs, across a wide age range (5-25). I have provided support in a myriad of ways, including but not limited to: assistance with transfers and mobility support, daily occupations (hygiene support, dressing, feeding, restrooming, etc), transportation, running errands, pet care, light housekeeping, and so on. At my day job I am a licensed professional counselor at a private practice based out of Tucson, AZ where I lived for the last 4 years. I recently moved home to TN to be closer to family as my grands and parents are aging. I am looking for a part time DSP position as this has become something I want to do as a community member until I no longer have the capacity. I feel like it's my best means of participating in community care and disability activism/advocacy. Please reach out with any questions! I am looking forward to getting to know you!
