I'm a PhD and former college professor turned academic coach, specializing in helping students with ADD/ADHD succeed in school. With years of teaching in higher education, I know how professors structure courses, design assignments, and evaluate work. That insider perspective helps me guide students to focus on what truly matters instead of feeling buried under everything at once. I was recently diagnosed with ADD myself, which gives me both personal insight and empathy for the challenges students face. I combine that lived experience with my academic expertise and the latest ADHD research, translating it into clear, practical strategies students can actually use. My work goes beyond tutoring-I teach students how to take effective lecture notes, break down dense readings, approach multi-step projects with less stress, and find study methods that work with their unique brains.
