I am happy to write this letter of recommendation for Nana. Nana has been my husband’s HHA/caregiver for several months, and we couldn’t be more pleased with his performance. We originally engaged him for two days per week, as we already had caregivers for the other five days. But one of the others became ill, and Nana immediately stepped in to offer his assistance so that we would not remain without coverage. He is totally reliable—he shows up right on time ready to work. He is hard-working, and goes above and beyond what is asked of him. His skills are excellent. But best of all, I admire him for his kindness, patience and cheerfulness. It is a pleasure each day to welcome him into our home. (My mother wrote this but I posted it on care.com)
