Nancy seems to only want to clean for houses once a week or once every other week - She is not good at once a month or anything longer than that. I have had her for years but only needed once a month  - She blamed me for her not being able to clean the house completely (It was not clean the last time she came - dishes still dirty, sinks still dirty and floors still dirty) and stated that it was my fault she was not coming more often and also demanded different cleaning products than the ones I have. I bought the expensive cleaning products and had to reschedule her because our family put down our dog of 14 years. Instead of being sympathetic, she was cold and complained to me that we were not keeping on schedule. I don't think I have ever written a bad review in my life but the insensitivity of this situation really stuck with me. It seems that if she is not overpaid, she is not going to waste her time. The last straw was the indifference to my dog's passing. 

Nancy did an amazing job cleaning our home!  Our home was so dirty and dusty. We had moved from Nevada several months earlier, have two toddlers and this was our first cleaning. Nancy and her assistant worked tirelessly for 5+ hours, scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, etc and make our home sparkle!!  
Nancy was responsive, punctual, kind, respectful, and trustworthy.  She's become a regular in our home!  Thank you so much Nancy!

She has a nice way about her and she works quick and efficient.  She's been coming weekly and the house feels so much more relaxing and efficient.

I think she did a nice job cleaning and help Organize  but was unfair with the price she wanted to charge double because we didn't need her every two weeks but three weeks. Also seem to be in a rush, nice overall just disagree with her pricing.

Nancy is a dream come true.  I needed help with my 92 year-old father's house. Nancy came to see what needed to be done, and I could see her eyes looking all around and taking note of things she was going to fix! :o)  She came a few days later and worked tirelessly until the house was fresh and clean!  She is a warm, kind and detail-oriented person who enjoys making the environment beautiful. I'm so glad to have found her.

Nancy has been cleaning our home for a few months now and she is absolutely wonderful.  As others have mentioned, she goes above and beyond and pays great attention to detail.  Not only does she do a thorough job cleaning, but the energy in the house feels good after she leaves as well. She is quick to smile and is genuinely a pleasure to be around.  She's very quiet but personable and the one time I asked for something to be done differently, she was very accommodating and didn't take offense or get angry at my request, which I find very important as it reflects her professionalism.    I very much trust her in my home and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We really can't say enough about Nancy. She is so kind and thoughtful. As a new Mom she has been such a huge help balancing work and a household. She is just a wonderful person. She helps with elder care and house keeping and is amazing with both!

Nancy is a great house keeper!  We were able to highlight the items that were the most important for our home that need the most Tender Love and Care.  For us getting the hardwood floors throughout to sparkle was important.  And sure enough every two weeks they look stunning and so does the rest of the house.  The extra care to make our towels presentable in our master bath is also very touching.  More importantly than all this, her work is consistent time and time again.  Def hire Nancy if you have an apartment or a single family home.  She's amazing!

We hired Nancy as our bi-weekly housekeeper. She has been amazing for our household. She is dependable, punctual, respectful, and leaves the house in pristine condition.

Nancy is a blessing! I'm a single mom, I work nights, and my back has been hurting so the mess became overwhelming. Nancy came in and made my apartment cleaner than it's ever been. I love her and highly recommend her. She is sweet, great at organization, and works very hard until you are completely satisfied. 

I hired Nancy to help with my post-surgery care following total knee replacement. Having her competent, loving and patent presence in my home for three weeks proved to be a very positive turning point in my recovery. I had my first knee surgery six months ago and tried to do my recovery on my own...big mistake. This time I tried to be smarter and decided to bring in outside help. Using care.com was simple and I felt I had exposure to many competent candidates. Nancy was able to meet with me in person after a couple of phone conversations and I realized we had compatible personalities. She is very clean, professional, calm, soft-spoken and patient. She came in daily for 2-3 hours in the morning to help with breakfast and dressing, light cooking, laundry and housekeeping as needed. Then she returned in the early evening to prepare dinner and get me settled for the night. She was the answer to my prayers, providing peace of mind for both me and my family.

It's been great working with Nancy. We're so glad we found her! 

Nancy cleaned my home from top to bottom - she is very efficient and does not need a lot of direction.  She knows how to clean just about anything and I was very happy with her work.

We ADORE Nancy!  She helped me care for my elderly mother and we both enjoyed Nancy's calm, competent and lovely demeanor. I expanded her role to do housekeeping once a week for me. I thought my house was fine, but after Nancy gets busy, my house is transformed once a week.  I laugh as I write this but it's true--when Nancy cleans our home a hushed feeling of clean, calm, organized zen is left in her wake. I love when guests drop by after she's been here! I like them to think I somehow have my act together!  Nancy's skills and her loveliness are an absolute gift.  We count ourselves blessed to have her in our lives.
