I have 30 years of professional experience as a global HR executive. I was also primary hands on caregiver for my elderly parents for 10 years. In addition, I am a state certified senior care ombudsman, certified Assisted Living Administrator (Florida). My years in the business world make me a sharp, trustworthy and detail oriented companion for you or your loved one. I am not ready to retire but want to end my career doing something I love which is making a positive difference in the lives of seniors. With three years of paid experience providing compassionate care, and 10+ unpaid yrs of expertise. I provide companionship, assist with errands, meal prep, medical management, and mobility. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience. My certificates further enhance my approach to care. I provide detailed daily reports and adhere to the family's preferred communication method. I am also CPR and First Aid certified.
