, My passion for supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors led me to caregiving. I'm a home health companion with some college education. I provide transportation, run errands, shop, provide light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I adapt to changing routines and unexpected challenges. I'm patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, friendly, and approachable. I've worked not only as a Companion but full time as a recreation activity leader including those with memory loss.
