Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past two years, I've been privileged to support adults and seniors in maintaining their well-being and independence. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I'm experienced in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation with a calm demeanor. I communicate with families through verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I'm also trained in First Aid and can assist with transportation, errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation.
