About Nashla

Making a positive impact on children's lives is what I strive for. With two years of experience caring for children ages 1-11, I'm equipped to handle up to four children at a time. Growing up with a younger brother who has special needs and helping care for my twin cousins instilled in me a deep sense of responsibility and patience. I am creative, friendly, and always approachable. I communicate with parents through verbal updates at pickup and respect their preferred method of communication. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and even some technology-based games with children. I am happy to help with cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. Currently, I am working towards my degree in communication sciences to become a speech therapist, which is why helping your children learn and grow is something I am passionate about.
