I have a college degree and one year of experience providing respite care, transportation, and personal care. I am also comfortable with meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and medical management. I am CPR and First Aid trained. My approach is patient, calm, and empathetic. I prioritize creating a comfortable environment for those in my care. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with compassion. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always respecting their preferred method. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
