Hi, I'm Natalia, a passionate and kind-hearted career nanny, newborn care specialist in training, and nanny share consultant and coach. For over 15 years I've supported babies, career nannies and families through the early years of growth and transition and training. My focus is on helping children reach each stage of development with curiosity, confidence, and joy while helping parents feel grounded and supported.

I draw from my background in anthropology and child development, using strategies inspired by Montessori, emotional regulation, sensory play, and early learning routines. I love guiding parents and nannies to understand milestones, attachment, and communication cues that shape a child's growth.

As a career nanny coach and entrepreneur, I'm also dedicated to improving early childhood care and giving structure to home-based childcare, nanny shares, and community pods. I believe quality care starts in the home with empathy, knowledge, and community.

Natalia has been a wonderful caregiver for our twin boys. She is kind, respectful and very experienced with toddlers. I have appreciated her dedication and ability to keep the children engaged with a variety of activities in town. She is communicative; both receptive to feedback and willing to give her opinion which I value. I have enjoyed having Natalia care for our twin boys. 

Natalia worked for us for over two years and was an instrumental part of our children's development. She was the primary nanny for our first son's nanny-share until he was 18months old, She worked full time overnight for our second son and then  transitioned back to daytime care leading his nanny share as well. We had such a wonderful experience with Natalia that we were thrilled she could return to care for our second child. The best part of working with Natalia was her undivided love and attention to our children. She is caring, kind, and fun. Our boys absolutely adored her. We loved that she took them out to baby classes, the library, union play, and many other adventures. She helped them both grow and learn in a safe and loving environment.

We hired Natalia with another family as part of a nanny share. We were nervous - first baby, during covid - and she put us at complete ease. She was immediately warm and loving with both babies, extremely knowledgeable about their development, and helpful to us as we navigated new parenthood. 

I worked from home, and whenever I peeked in at Natalia she was reading to the babies, playing music and singing along with them, or helping them with another activity. She took them both outside every day, and cleaned up during nap time. She also helped us as we began the process of solid foods. 

On that note, Natalia was with us when we discovered that our son had food allergies, and she was such a great ally in figuring it out - trying new foods with him, alerting us immediately to reactions, and helping us decide how to move forward. 
Another anecdote that I think speaks to Natalia's character is this: When I had mastitis and was feeling terrible, I emerged from my bedroom to find that Natalia had cleaned up the living room (not her domain or her job) because she knew I was stressed and exhausted. She made our whole family feel very cared for. 

Natalia is a kind, loving, warm, and very engaged nanny who loves children and is great at keeping them happy and safe. I highly recommend her! 

We hired Natalia for a nanny share with our son (4 months at the time) and one other baby. We were nervous hiring a nanny during Covid and with our first child, and she put us at ease and gave our son a wonderful first childcare experience. She took both babies outside every day, helped us with the transition to solid food, and cleaned up during naps. I worked from home, and whenever I peeked in at Natalia and the babies she was reading to them, singing with them, or actively playing. 

One occasion that comes to mind specifically that I think shows Natalia's character is when I had mastitis and was struggling, she picked up in the living room (not her domain, which was the kitchen and the playroom) without being asked so that I could rest more.  

During our time with Natalia we learned that our son had food allergies, and she was incredibly caring and understanding, helping us try new foods and alerting us at any sign of a reaction. 

Natalia is a wonderful nanny and a kind and caring person who is a natural with babies. 


Natalia is an incredible nanny who genuinely loves the children she cares for. She invests in their learning and development and strives to help them grow in an encouraging environment. 

Natalia has been our nanny for the past year. We hired her a year ago, when our son was 1 yr. old, doing a nanny share with another family whose daughter was 6 mo. old and Natalia organized the entire arrangement for us, which was fantastic! She was amazing with both kids and we would have loved to continue if it weren't for the pandemic. Once the pandemic hit, Natalia continued as our nanny for our one son who was then 18 mo. and who is now 2 yrs. old. Throughout his entire progression from bottles to solid food, from crawling to walking, from being in a nanny-share with another child to being on his own, Natalia has been the most fantastic care giver for our son you could ever hope for. She is reliable, informed, loving, kind, creative, endlessly energetic and the best thing that has happened to our family during this challenging time. She knows more about infants and toddlers than I do as a parent. I would highly recommend Natalia to any family, you would be truly lucky to have her.

There is no way to express how grateful we are for Natalia. We hired her as a nanny for our son when he was 6 months and she was with us for a year until he started school. She is absolutely an incredible nanny!
