We truly hit the jackpot with Natalia. From day one, she clicked with our kids like she’d known them forever. She’s not just someone who watched our children—she became part of our family. The kind of person you trust completely, who brings calm to chaos, and somehow always knows exactly what each child needs, whether it’s a hug, a snack, or a game of make-believe. Even now that we don’t need full-time help, we still ask her to come by for date nights—and not just because we trust her (which we absolutely do), but because the kids light up when they see her. It says a lot when your children are genuinely excited to hang out with their nanny. She’s warm, reliable, playful, and just has that special something you can’t teach.
