Hi! I'm Natalie and I recently graduated from UNC Charlotte with a bachelors degree in Criminal Justice. I have been a nanny for around seven years working with multiple different families. My college degree has provided me with a solid foundation, which I use to foster each child's unique development. I'm patient, creative, and friendly, and I love engaging kids in outdoor sports, board games, and educational activities. I always prioritize open communication with parents, adapting to your preferred method to keep you informed. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules. I am certified in CPR and First Aid.
