Hello! My name is Natalie, and I am seeking a family to work with as a nanny, private teacher, and/or family assistant. I have spent the past 8 years in these roles with ages ranging from infants to high schoolers, and prior to my career as a nanny I was a lead preschool teacher for 5+ years. I am a graduate with a BS in Physical and Health Education and have completed my Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach program. As a yogi of 17 years, I am also an aspiring children's yoga instructor!

My rates are as listed $35-50 / hour and are situational. I am flexible overall for the best family match

Natalie is a wonderful caregiver. She is kind, responsible and loving. She is so knowledgeable in terms of childhood development and is excellent at following instruction. I have 5 children, and she did well caring for each ones specific needs. I would recommend her to anyone! 

Natalie was a nanny for our children and caregiver for our dog for 15 mos, and we recommend her without reservation! She is intuitive, caring, communicative, responsible, and a delight to be around. She will be a great assistant to your family!

Natalie is truly impressive. I manage engineers for a living and I've never seen someone with such high attention to detail. She was incredibly helpful in that she could figure out what I needed her to do without me having to tell her. And then her execution of literally any task was impeccable. 

She developed an after school routine for my kids and executed it flawlessly, and managed to get them enthusiastic to do chores which has never been something I've been able to accomplish. 

She completely reorganized my house (which I've had done professionally in the past) in a way that was noticeable better than it's ever been done before.

She's an excellent communicator and very professional. We were able to discuss the details of our arrangement in great depth and come up with something that worked for both of us.

I would recommend Natalie head and shoulders above any other child caretaker or home manager.

Natalie helped us with our baby and two dogs on a couple of occasions. She was amazing! She kept us updated throughout the day and was very engaging with our son. We felt very comfortable with her and she was very professional, energetic, and bubbly. We loved her and wish we could hire her full time!

I hire Natalie as a travel nanny. She was
 highly recommended to me by a friend because of her passport readiness and being well-versed in travel and detail orientation (bonus - she's amazing with children, especially my 3 year old)! She has been my go-to travel nanny since 2019 and has assisted my family in several trips around Mexico since then. 

We love to travel with our toddler and have family time but also enjoy our adult time. She has been a huge help. My son adores her and knows he gets to have fun with her when she comes with us! 

I would highly recommend her! She also is fluent in Spanish which is a plus.

Natalie has been working with our family for the past 18 months. She is energetic, patient, and kind. Even with very different personalities, she finds a way to attune to each of my three kids. Natalie is diligent about helping with homework, encouraging outdoor exercise, playing board games, and finding creative crafts to do on rainy days. She prioritizes communication and gives adequate notice of any personal planned absences. Natalie is willing to help with grocery runs, laundry, and cooking healthy meals. She has integrity and a great work ethic. We'll miss her very much!

Natalie is fantastic! Not only is she amazing with coming up with fun and educational ways to keep my very busy 6 year old son entertained, she's very conscious of following "house rules" for lack of better words. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Natalie is very dependable and is always willing to go above and beyond expectations. I never have doubts that my son and our dogs are taken care of to the maximum potential! My son LOVES her. Natalie has been our nanny for almost two years now, and to say the kids love her (and she them) is an understatement. Even as both my kids enter pre-K in the fall, Natalie will remain my first choice sitter for date nights or other times I need help.

In addition to her regularly scheduled days, Natalie has sat for us when I need help during busy times, when we need a night off, or when my husband has been traveling and I'm in a jam.

She actively plays with the kids, engages with them, and plans activities. (She showed up with an egg hunt just before Easter, and shortly before that they made nature collages.) She is a nut for safety, too, which I appreciate.

The kids excitedly wait by the door when she arrives, and ask where she is on her days off. They truly have something special going, and whoever gets her after us will be lucky to have her!

Natalie is a very caring, kindhearted and driven young professional. She is someone that I know very well and am privileged to have worked with her in the past. Natalie truly knows how to maintain a professional demeanor, while still allowing her unique personality to shine through. Knowing that I can always count on her for support/advice makes her an extremely dependable person to have on your team!

Natalie has been watching my kids for a little over a year! She is great with both my 2 and 5 year old! She's very nice and dependable!  Both of my kids love her! 

Natalie is great with families and with children. Her most comfortable age group is twos because she is project oriented and loves to do activities with them. She works best with small groups of children. Families adore her and she is detail oriented and organized.

Natalie was my son's teacher. She is the prime example of an exemplary teacher! I highly recommend her.

Natalie is a care provider for our child at his daycare. She also babysits for our family. Natalie has a very sweet and kind personality. She always has a smile and is genuinely happy with our kids. She is engaging with our kids and they love how she will play games with them. I trust her implicitly and would recommend her to our friends.
