About Natalie

Nurturing young minds has always been my passion. With many years of paid and unpaid child-care experience, I find immense joy in fostering children's growth. I have been babysitting and working in education my whole life, and my approach is to be patient, calm, and friendly. I'm an elementary substitute teacher and School Psychology Master's student, and I also have experience working with children with disabilities in the school setting as an Instructional Aide. I communicate openly with parents, providing text updates throughout the day and/or verbal updates at pickup, always respecting your preferred communication style. I am comfortable enforcing household rules and enjoy playing board games, puzzles, educational games, and outdoor activities to make our time fun! I am happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and other small tasks/errands while babysitting. My goal is to create a safe, fun, and joyful environment for your children!
