I've known Natalie for almost 20 years.  She is incredibly thorough, careful, and reliable.  She takes every job seriously and is very focused on those she interacts with and projects she commits to.  I'd highly recommend her.

Natalie is dependable, detail oriented, and very knowledgeable about housekeeping and cleaning overall. She’s even provided us with product recommendations that are organic or nontoxic as we have pets in the household. She’s super communicative and always let us know if she’s running late or has to cancel.
