About Natasha

Natasha worked for me for 4 weeks to cover a window of time between the end of my maternity leave my departure from Atlanta. She had glowing references from previous employers for whom she had worked for many years. During our interview, she came across as genuine and willing to work with us to figure out how to be the best care provider possible based on our current routine with our daughter (then three months old). Besides being experienced and competent, I liked that she was committed to getting out and about in the stroller at least once or twice a day. She had a soothing presence -- to both the baby and me -- and was extremely patient. For example, our daughter resisted taking a bottle at first, but Tasha worked with her patiently until she got the hang of it. I remember one of her references saying Tasha was more patient with her children than she (the parent/reference) was, and I saw this in action. She is not easily flustered and has worked in situations where she has been responsible for up to four children/infants at a time. She also kept nice logs of our daughter's day and would share what she had learned (e.g., re successful bottle feeding) at the end of the day.
