With 12 years experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant with first aid training, caring for elderly individuals, I have learned that true caregiving goes beyond just meeting physical needs. It's about offering patience, understanding and unwavering kindness. Throughout my experience, including Hoyer and Serita Lyft, I have developed strong skills in providing attentive and compassionate care. I have had the privilege of working closely with elderly individuals living with dementia, which has deepened my understanding of their unique needs. This experience has taught me the importance of gentle communication and creating a safe, comforting environment to help ease their daily challenges. My goal is always to make a meaningful difference, by offering both physical support and emotional reassurance. I find great fulfillment in bringing comfort and dignity to those I care for.
