Natsuko is a gem! She is very kind and my grandparents adored her. Unfortunately the terrible traffic waylaid her in getting to work on time the first two days and proved to be too far of a commute for her so she decided to look for a position closer to home. Would've loved to have kept her on as part of our care team but understood the commute was too challenging. She is honest, reliable, very caring, trustworthy & kind! A true gem!
