About Nayleene

Hi, my name is Nayleene and I have been working with kids for as long as I can remember. I hold a special place in my heart for kids and I believe that all kids should be treated with kindness and respect, even if they are babies. In my experience with kids, I have learned how to calm them down in times when they feel overwhelmed by validating their feeling, acknowledging why they feel overwhelmed and being patience. This builds a relationship that makes them feel safe around me in times of distress. I love working with children because you never know what to expect, they always surprise you and I just adore knowing that parents feel at ease when leaving their children with me, that is my goal, always. I am a college student, studying to become a pediatric physical therapist. On my free time I like to go on walks, read, and watch tv.
