have 15 years of hands-on babysitting experience, 7 years of professional nannying, and a comprehensive background in home management. I worked for myself and for a nanny agency twice. I was also a Direct Care Worker for IDD clients aged 7-65 and have had multiple autism and other IDD related babysitter/nanny jobs. I have had the privilege of working with a wide range of families, where my role has often extended beyond simply childcare to include home management, personal assisting, cooking, traveling, and creating enriching, stimulating environments for children. This extensive experience has honed my ability to adapt to different family dynamics, establish trust with both parents and children, and maintain a seamless and organized household.
