For the past two years, I've dedicated myself to supporting adults and seniors, and I find immense satisfaction in helping them maintain their independence and well-being. I'm patient, compassionate, and always strive to create a comfortable environment for those in my care. I provide services such as home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and assistance with errands. I'm also experienced in dementia care and physical activity. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with empathy. I communicate with families through verbal updates, regular texts, or by following their preferred method. I have a car, am comfortable with pets, and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
