About Nia

Hey there ! My name is Nia & I'm a certified nursing assistant/ caregiver ! I've been a CNA for 3 years . I live in the Harrisburg area ! I love taking care of people and being a friend to others :) I've worked in the hospital setting as well as long term care as a nursing assistant. I'm very experienced with geriatric care especially Dementia / Alzheimer's patient care . I'm also heavily experienced with bed bound patients & wheel chair bound patients as well . I am experienced with the hoyer lift and sit-to-stand lift . I am heavily experienced in mobility assistance, personal care , assistance with ADLs such as bathing/showering, dressing, toileting, & feeding . I am experienced with incontinence care , turning and repositioning . I am heavily experienced with foley catheter care , colostomy bags & feeding tubes . I have experience with diabetic care and blood sugar checks . I can assist with housekeeping tasks and running errands such as grocery shopping or appointments.
