About Nica

Making a real difference in people's lives is what drives me. With 15 years of experience in senior care, I am passionate about supporting the well-being and independence of adults. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and a current nursing student, and I hold a college degree. I provide respite care, live-in home care, transportation, and hospice services. My experience includes errands, shopping, home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity. I am compassionate, friendly, professional, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. Building a strong connection with loved ones begins with understanding their preferences and personal history. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and am comfortable with pets.
