There are not enough words to express my unending gratitude to her, for not only giving my mother the kindness, patience and most compassionate care but for making the most positive impact to her in her final days and to my entire family as well. She is trustworthy, dependable, reliable and flexible, and did everything in her power to make things easier for my mother and every one of us. She is skilled in every facet of elderly care and handled every situation with the utmost professionalism and genuine affection. Nicole treated my mother as if she was her own. She treated her with dignity and respect, ensured her safety and well being at all times, while being the most gentle , caring, emotionally supportive, companion and true friend to my mom. I truly believe there is nothing she wouldn't have done for my mother and my mother loved her as well. Nicole became a part of our family. We love her and will be forever grateful that she came into our lives.
