I received all of my training and certifications from care facility's in Utah. I have a Bachelors degree in Social Work. I have outstanding references. I love caring for people, learning about their lives, and listening to all of their stories. I have a knack for knowing exactly what my clients need, as well as what they don't need. I hired Nicole to care for my 76 year old mom after she had a fall. She was in our home for seven days before Nicole requested to go on vacation with her family for the holidays. She was supposed to return to care for my mom on Jan 2. Three days before her expected return, I get a text saying that she has accepted another job & will not be coming back. This was very unprofessional and has left me without a caregiver for my mom. It is very difficult to scramble to find care on New Years weekend.
