Nicole worked with my family, taking care of my mother, for a year and a half. I do not have enough good things to say about her. She is caring, smart, kind and always knew how to help even when the other caregivers didn’t. She is an exceptional CNA and really knows her stuff. She kept my mother happy, taken care of and calm.
