With over 20 years of experience as a Monitor Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant, I've built a strong foundation in patient care, cardiac monitoring, and clinical support across hospital units including med-surg, telemetry, ICU, and ER. I'm skilled in vital signs monitoring, telemetry interpretation, and assisting patients with daily living activities--all while maintaining compassion, professionalism, and respect for each individual. I also served as a full-time caregiver for my grandfather, gaining deep, personal insight into chronic illness and end-of-life care.
