About Nicole Gianella

Caring for children and supporting their growth is truly my passion. Over the past four years, I have gained hands-on experience caring for children aged 1-11, including working as a live-in caregiver, which has strengthened my responsibility, patience, and adaptability. I have experience caring for up to two children at a time and enjoy engaging them in outdoor play, board games, creative activities, and educational games that make learning fun. I am comfortable setting and maintaining household rules while keeping a warm and respectful approach. I am CPR and First Aid certified, have my own car, and am comfortable with pets. I speak English and Spanish fluently and have basic knowledge of Portuguese, which allows me to connect with diverse families. I value clear communication with parents and always follow your preferred method of updates. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and positive environment where children feel supported and happy.
