I'm a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant and I have 20+ years experience in long term care and a caregiver for 6 years. I find joy in caring for clients with Dementia, Parkinson's, Post CVA (Stroke), MS and Amputees etc. I am CPR certified. I have extensive experience in adapting the home to increase safety and decreasing the risk of falls. I pride myself on my ability to think outside of the box in order to maximize independence in your home. I can assist with medications. In addition I can provide assist with bathing, dressing, transfers (of all kinds), cleaning, meal prep (altered diets and liquids included) errands and transportation. Included in my fee, I will assess my client and provide beneficial exercises to increase range of motion, strength, and activity tolerance. I am fully insured and carry an LLC.
