Making a difference in someone's life is what I strive for every day. With seven years of experience, I'm a Licensed Nursing Assistant and Lisensed Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting adults' and seniors' independence. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I provide respite care, hospice services, and home health assistance, along with personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I'm experienced in dementia care, mobility assistance, and physical activities. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I respect each person's independence and communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. CPR Training is among my qualifications.
