Nicole cared for a family member with aphasia/dementia for almost a year. She was conscientious - never late or absent without much advance notice - but more importantly incredibly kind and and attentive to all physical and emotional needs. She truly cared. The job became more demanding as health issues worsened but she remained optimistic and cheerful and a pleasure to work with and be around. I would be happy to speak with anyone considering hiring Nicole.
