Hi! I'm Nikki, a mom of a 2-year-old and expecting a new baby at the end of May. After my maternity leave, I'll have one part-time spot available in my home starting mid to late September for a toddler close in age to my son. My son turns 3 at the end of May. I have a background as a CNA, a bachelor's degree, and I'm trained in CPR and first aid. I also have experience in healthcare and hands-on caregiving, and I focus on creating a calm, safe, and loving environment where kids can play, learn, and feel comfortable. Our days include play-based activities, snacks, naps, and outdoor time when possible. As my son turns 3, I'll incorporate a gentle Head Start-style routine focused on early learning, social development, and structured play. I keep care very small so each child gets plenty of attention. I'm looking for a family who values a nurturing, home-based setting with individualized care.

Nicole is great! She is on time, very flexible and a great communicator. She is patient and kind. Most of all, my 7 month old loves her! (My little one can't talk yet but he definitely can let us know his big feelings) even getting home, he'd say 'hello mom, hold on a min... I've got to jump my Nikki some more real quick' He knew he could rely on her and go to her when he needed to and that trust speaks volumes when it comes to an infant. She was so amazing with my little one. Ps. She is truly pet friendly....My little also comes with a very big brother- our 200lb great dane! -who also loved having her here to play with.
