About Nicole

I have worked in SNF, Home health, and currently hospice for the last 3 years. I believe companionship, listening, and treating patients with respect/dignity is the most successful way to build trust and a relationship with my patients. I'd describe my personality as kind, nurturing, caring. I like caring for seniors because I admire them. I love to hear their stories, hear about their families. I'm looking for a job that is organized, family oriented, and has communication. I started caring for seniors in 2018. In my spare time, I like to enjoy every moment I have with my children and make new memories. One thing you should know about me is I have alot of experience. Whether it is wound care, skincare, mobility, meal changes, I am able to identify new changes quickly from small to big. I know how to prevent certain changes also.
