We feel incredibly lucky to have found Nicole. From the moment she walked in, her warmth toward our family, especially toward our 5-month-old was obvious. She is endlessly patient with both us and our little one, always willing to communicate, answer questions, and gently guide us as first-time parents without ever making us feel judged.
