Nicole worked with my mother for roughly 1.5 years and was quickly able to gain my mothers trust, which was not easily done. She was wonderful in engaging my mom mentally and was far more than a sitter. She would ask her about her past life and was truly interested in the answers given. The two turned out to be more friends than cargiver/patient. She further worked with her cognatively exercising her mind helping to pull her from a semi withdrawn state. Nicole watched the physical and occupational therapists and mimicked the exercises daily helping in her recovery. She is extremely trustworthy, hard working, and genuinely cares about her patient. The only reason she is not employed with me today is due to my moms passing. I would recommed Nicole to anyone who is looking for a qualified caregiver; she is truly a gem. I cant imagine anyone else caring for my mother.
