About Nicole

I'm a special education teacher at ACESVS I've been teaching for 6 years now. I work with students who are medically complex. My students are non-speaking and many are wheelchair users. I have a masters degree in special education. I have been a PCA for a little over a year. I am committed to supporting well-being and independence. As a caregiver, I offer respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I am trained in CPR and First Aid. I understand adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience and empathy. I provide verbal updates or regular check-ins via text or phone call. I always follow the family's preferred communication method. Respecting independence is important to me. I became a caregiver because I enjoy supporting families. I strive to be a reliable care option for you and your loved ones.
