Hi! My name is Niki and I'm a previous childcare provider with over 5 years of paid experience working with children ranging from 3 months to 12 years old. I'm passionate about supporting children's growth and happiness in a safe and loving environment. I've had the opportunity to care for infants, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-aged children, which has given me a strong understanding of the specific and unique needs and milestones at each stage of life. I'm experienced in creating daily routines, planning activities, helping with homework, and supporting developmental learning that fits each child, feeding, diapering, sleep schedules, and providing structure and consistency that helps children feel comfortable and secure.
