About Nicole

My journey in caregiving began as a teenager, assisting my grandmother who had Alzheimer's. Since 2005, I've been providing paid care, and for over a decade, I've also worked as an administrator for home care agencies. I have took Nursing Assistant Training, with CPR Training and First Aid Training. I offer respite care, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, meal preparation, medical management, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with patience and empathy. I provide verbal or written updates, following your preferred communication method. Earning your trust is important to me. I'm passionate about making people feel comfortable and cared for, and I look forward to bringing my experience to your family.
