We feel incredibly lucky to have found Niki. She has been absolutely amazing with our twin boys from day one. She shows up early, is always dependable, and engages with the boys so intentionally — you can truly see how much she cares. She keeps detailed notes after every feeding and each nap, which has been extremely helpful in establishing a routine. On top of caring for the boys so well, she keeps the house tidy and always offers to help with anything she can while the boys are sleeping. I never have to worry when they’re in her hands; she tends to both of them with so much patience, warmth, and attention! We are only parting ways because we’re moving to another city — otherwise we would keep her forever. We truly couldn’t ask for a better nanny and are so grateful for everything she has done for our family!
