About Nila

Hi - My name is Nila! I graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry and I'm currently a dental resident at Columbia University. Alongside my clinical training, I truly enjoy working with families and offering child care and household support. I've been caring for kids for many years through babysitting, camp counseling, volunteer work, and even in the dental chair! I love creating fun, engaging activities - whether that's crafts, games, outdoor time, or helping with homework. Safety, communication, and patience are always my priorities. I'm also comfortable helping around the house, including preparing simple meals, tidying, organizing, and running errands. Because of my healthcare background, I'm attentive, calm under pressure, and very detail-oriented. Families describe me as reliable, compassionate, and easy to work with. I love animals and am comfortable working in a home with them! I have been a dog owner for many years.
