Nimo is wonderful. She's incredibly kind, calm, patient, and helpful. My parent has dementia and no longer recognizes most of the people in her life but seeing how they interact, its obvious that she really likes and appreciates Nimo. She's smart, organized, thorough, and quick to help with whatever needs to be done. She happily assists my parent with virtually every part of her daily routine (cooks great food, helps her eat, change clothes, use the restroom, and much more) and is a pleasure to be around. And Nimo genuinely cares, not only for the people she assists, but also their families, friends and others involved in support. I'm so glad she's there for them. It puts my mind at ease to know they're being cared for by such a loving and capable person, which lightens the load on the rest of us so we can spend intentional time with our parent while we still can.
