About Ning

Hello, my name is Ning. I have 3 years of paid care experience for the elderly and disabled. But before that, I took care of my grandmother during her hospice for about 17 months. She inspired me to do this professionally because the elderly care quality in Homes was very poor. Individualized attention is important especially when it comes to medication and mobility. I used to work for Home Instead Company but left due to scheduling conflicts with school. Since then, I have been individually caring for families on a case by base basis.
