I hired Niru to take care of my 3 yr old daughter. It was an amazing experience and we clicked instantly. Niru is more than just a childcare professional. Due to her teaching background, she helped my daughter keep up with her academics and extra curricular activities. We were very happy to see our daughter's progress under Niru's guidance. She took a deep interest in my daughter's interests and would come with craft supplies and ideas every other day. She was also very forthcoming in helping out with other chores in the house. She is extremely patient with kids and is very good at managing their tantrums in a loving way. I would definitely hire Niru again and would recommend her to others.
